I have over 20 years experience within the Software Group at IBM and currently have a part time role as an IBM Customer Success Manager. My time with IBM has been spent in project management, operations management, data analysis and problem solving.  Working with both small project teams and Europe wide sales teams across many different industries

My degree, from Cambridge University,  is in manufacturing engineering, specialising in process re-design.   After leaving university, I worked for several years as a consultant simplifying and optimising manufacturing and business processes.
